This is eugenics renamed a 1000 times and hidden in millions of long words.
The top and bottom of it is they want to reduce "emissions" by 80% by the year 2050
That means that our children won't have the right to breath if we let them have it their way.

80% of our atmosphere is made up of CO2.
Nothing wrong with that plants grow on it we breath in 100% air,
keep about 5% of it (oxygen et al) and exhale the rest.
Now, they class CO2 as toxic, greenhouse gas, poison, whatever they like
and say that we produce it, because we breath.
So, what better solution is there than setting up a carbon trust and sell carbon credits
or as I call it, license to breath.
